Soooo... I just discovered that I make awesome smoothies. In fact, Rachael told me I should open a smoothie shop! Then, I marinated some cheap olives and made them delicious, so she said I should open a smoothie-olive shop. Then I made a really good sandwich... you get where I'm going with this.
I thought I'd share the recipe with y'all. Let's call this...
Valentina's super-berry-awesome-bananara-mango-tango-rific Smoothie !
Will that be easy to remember? Hmmm...
First of all, I am not a cook. Most of the time, I just put things in and cross my fingers that it'll taste good. I guess I'm just very lucky, 'cause it usually always does!
You will need...
- 1 slice of mango
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup of milk or yoghurt
- 1/2 cup of coconut yoghurt or 1/4 cup coconut milk
- 2 teaspoons of sugar or honey
- Small handful of berries
- Dash of cinnamon
- Tiny bit of vanilla extract
And... I think that's it. Oh, those colorful sugary sprinkles... that's what makes it pretty! But it's optional.
I'll try to come up with more smoothie recipes for you!! And of course the 9 cocktails and 9 goat's cheese recipes that are on my "19 before nineteen" list.
