I don't know why but this outfit reminds me of the 90s. Obviously I was only 6 by the year 2000 so I don't remember the 90s that well, but still... This skirt (which is my faaaaavorite skirt I own) also reminds me of my mom, she used to wear long flowy skirts... "Used to", not that she's gone or anything, her style has simply changed. Now she loves beige and grey for some reason. She dresses really well, my mama. She's not old at all, but I think the way she dresses makes her seem even younger sometimes. Actually, both my parents dress really well. How lucky. What's surprising to a lot of my friends is that most of the time, I go shopping with my dad. My mom is always reminding me how we should all live a simple life with few material things, more love, etc, and basically making me feel guilty when I buy things hahaha... I go back and forth between wanting things and wanting nothing. Anyway, yes, I mostly go shopping with my dad. I like that there are items we remember buying because they were on sale and we were really lucky!! Like these amazing Pepe Jeans boots, or these awesome Miss Sixty oxfords, or these two Miss Sixty coats... Miss Sixty has amazing coats. And at a vintage store we got an amazing lambskin leather bag for a steal! There's a special place right outside of Paris with a bunch of outlets - I love it there. There's a Burberry one, and every time we go, I try some things on, even though they are too expensive. One day there was a puffy purple jacket that was... not as expensive. But they didn't have XS... I still wonder if we would have gotten it if it was in my size. Argh, I wanted it so much. It's been over a year and I still remember it hahaha.

I've never owned a demin shirt! I like it, though I don't really know how to wear it yet. I'm thinking... not with jeans. The necklace here was kindly sent to me by Junam. It's very simple, which is exactly what I wanted. It just adds a little something special to the outfit! If I were to get another one, I would go for this lovely piece of jewelry. Right now the Junam Etsy shop is having a Pre Christmas sale so go take a look around! She also has some new items so make sure to check those out too. You can also find Junam on Facebook. Okay folks, I'll try to be back later today with an "End of the week" post... but I'm suuuper busy with this gov paper and two articles to read for my psych class! No promises ;)
