I'm very lucky to have a Colombia mother. We used to visit our family in Colombia every few years, but now that my mom lives there again, I'll be visiting much more frequently. I stayed there for six weeks this summer and it. was. great. I was very sad to leave but, hey, I'll be back for Christmas! And we know how time flies. So basically it's very very soon.
"Calle de la amargura": Bitterness street? I should live there.
I'm back at Smith and classes start tomorrow (Oh, by the way, I'm writing this on Tuesday - as in yesterday). I'm trying to get as much done as possible before they do because I am fairly certain I am going to be very busy this semester – my last semester at Smith College. I'm almost done with my room, I just need help putting up some posters and art pieces. It's extraordinarily hot in Noho. Ok, I might be exaggerating. It's not as hot as Cartagena. Nonetheless, I will be splitting my time between the gym and the Campus Center... the two places with AC. Lookout for Part I of our trip to Cartagena soon! Vx
