MONDAY SMOOTHIE // TWISTED CARROT

TWISTED CARROT


3 oz carrot
3 oz orange
2.5 oz part pineapple
2 oz part coconut milk
few slices of ginger
lots of ice

This is definitely one of the tastiest smoothies I've made so far. And I don't make that many – I should, they're always delicious. This was fresh but also had that comforting creamy taste smoothies get when they have banana or coconut. And for under 200 kcal it was also just plain perfect. I added zero sugar and I while I did use bottled juices, none of them had any added sugar.
I want to try this again this week with some freshly pressed oranges, some slices of fresh pineapple, and more ginger. It's going to be so good!
It's so very easy. Measure everything and put it in the blender. Serve cold. Enjoy!
