HEALTHY SNACK: 120 CALORES

And we are all impressed with my excellent iphone pictures of food. Hmmm tasty, right? No really, don't go. It actually was really good! This one morning when I was kind of hungry in between breakfast and lunch (all the time, why!? I eat decent breakfasts) and since I'm trying to be healthy and eat less fat, less sugar, better portions, I made a quick and delicious little snack. And now I've got an obsession with figs. 

 2 rice cakes (bjorg 17 cal)
1 fig (37 cal)
3 tablespoons cottage cheese
sprinkle of bee pollen

120 calories!

Not bad for a snack, huh? And not boring either. The good thing is that you can make this with peaches too. I tried it. YUM... Best of luck being healthy! It gets easier with time.

The last sentence: 'it gets easier with time' - triggered something inside of me. I kinda really want to eat only healthy and see how fast does it get to the point of being easier. Thank you.

This looks amazing!! I'm only eating heathly, byo, vegetarian food. Finally it's becoming a kind of game, always trying to find the most healthiest and yummy version for my dishes.
