And we are all impressed with my excellent iphone pictures of food. Hmmm tasty, right? No really, don't go. It actually was really good! This one morning when I was kind of hungry in between breakfast and lunch (all the time, why!? I eat decent breakfasts) and since I'm trying to be healthy and eat less fat, less sugar, better portions, I made a quick and delicious little snack. And now I've got an obsession with figs.
2 rice cakes (bjorg 17 cal)
1 fig (37 cal)
3 tablespoons cottage cheese
sprinkle of bee pollen
Not bad for a snack, huh? And not boring either. The good thing is that you can make this with peaches too. I tried it. YUM... Best of luck being healthy! It gets easier with time.
