HEALTHY BREAKFAST: 350 CALORIES

Banana Breakfast Valentina Duracinsky

Breakfast has been a favorite meal of mine the past few weeks. I've had the time to have fun with it...

Total Greek Yogurt (full fat)
1/2 Banana
1/4 Apple
2 tsp pumpkin spice
2 tsp honey
1 tbsp pistachio

If you haven't tried Fage greek yogurt, you're missing out. At least I think so. Yogurt is a big part of my diet. Of my LIFE. I've tried many styles of "greek yogurt" but nothing compares to this brand. 
You may have seen on instagram or on here that I've been taking (too many) pictures of my granola or yogurt bowls... To be honest, I think the easiest way to lose weight is to keep things simple and actually even kind of boring. Yes, this is a pretty bowl of yogurt and fruit and nuts, and it was indeed freakin' delicious... but eating it plain with a tablespoon of honey is also great, with less sugar, and less calories. I succeeded most when I ate simply, and didn't put too much thought or effort into the meals. But this is good, so here you go.
